Help VVA and VMW Challenge Unacceptable Delays by the Department Of Veterans Affairs In Delivering Benefits to America’s Veterans

Long delays in the failure to award veterans who serve our nation honorably the disability benefits that they are entitled to receive causes them to suffer disastrous financial and emotional consequences. You help can make a difference in the lives of disabled veterans across the country. Here’s what you can do to help the VVA and VMW end the unconscionable delays experienced by veterans who apply for disability benefits.

It is critically important that we keep the momentum going around this lawsuit, especially with our newly-elected public officials. The incoming administration and the 111th Congress must follow through on campaign promises and improve the treatment of America's veterans. Now is the time to reach out to your elected officials and let them know how important this issue is to you.

Write To Congress
Please write your two senators and representative and ask that they make a public statement of support for the lawsuit, and do all that they can to force the processing of veterans' disability claims quickly.

Draft Letters
We have provided draft letters, which you can modify as appropriate based upon your circumstances. You may also simply print the "one-size-fits-all" PDF version of the letter, and handwrite yours and your representatives names and addresses where indicated.
